| Currently looking for a female roommate August 1st. Rent is $750/month and utilities are split between tenants each month. About the house: - 3 piece bathroom in upstairs hallway - 2 piece bathroom on the main floor - Room size is 10x12 - 2 driveway parking spots and 1 garage parking spot (shared) - Street parking available (except during parking ban periods) - Finished basement with fireplace - Washer and dryer in the basement - Fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, and microwave on the main floor - House is furnished but not the individual room - No smoking About us: Currently living in the house is myself and another tenant. I have two female cats and a bunny who are in the master bedroom. My tenant has two small chihuahuas, two bunnies, a female cat. Her dogs are generally kept in her room and roam under supervision. Her bunnies are kept on the main floor in an enclosure. All of the cats roam however we keep a gate up for my two cats if they are roaming (my youngest cat has been marking the sofa). She uses the shared upstairs washroom in the hallway and I have a washroom in my bedroom.
