| Studio/bachelor fully furnished apartment with lots of natural sunlight and balcony with water view 4 kms from Loyalist College. Ideal for Loyalist College students that have their own vehicle, or for CFB short term postings, or health care workers on a locum. Place is for 1 PERSON ONLY, without a pet, and working or a student. The apartment, although very well appointed and very clean, does not have a living room, it's a bachelor/studio apartment, so not ideal for someone who spends a lot of time at home while not working or going to school or studying. Induction plates are provided for cooking as no stovetop in the apartment, and you would need to bring your own induction friendly pots and pans, and most everything else you might need is provided. The owner(me)lives on the property in a separate area, so I'm looking for a trustworthy and respectful tenant without a pet as one lives there already. This is a very unique and clean apartment and I'm looking for the same in a tenant. Pictures are not posted for privacy reasons.
