| Clean, quiet little room for short term rent, Aug 1 till Dec 31. Close to Bayview Plaza and a short walk to the bus stop. We are two seniors with a bedroom that isn’t being used, it would be great for a working person or full time student. Parking for one vehicle. Cogeco Internet, laundry on site. Room will be furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chair and night table, bar fridge, , receiver for Cogeco TV, microwave, induction cooker. Good sized closet. Lockable door.Shared bathrooms (there are 2 bathrooms in the house), back and front yard. No smoking (outside only), no drugs, no overnight guests. Single occupancy only. There are 3 cats in the house, so you need to keep your door closed! Central A/C, forced air heating. Kitchen is shared only during hours agreed to in advance. (I cook a lot!) Must be quiet, especially at night, and you need to clean up after yourself. We are home all day, so prefer a tenant who is not. Absolutely no smoking (of anything) indoors.Free use of laundry room. First and last months rent please. Available Aug 1 2024 to December 31, 2024. |
