| If ad is still posted it's still available. Standard sized semi furnished basic bedroom rental in a 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor of secure building. Looking to move to an improved space asap and would love a dependable roommate to come. Will not be renting in another large scale building with balcony, looking for more space and yard. Willing to negotiate accommodating a room mates needs :) Open to different ages and races. Please no couples. Unsuitable for persons in wheelchair. Hardwood floors, large window with curtains, Rubbermaid chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, as well as a few chairs and a large spacious shelving unit lining one wall. Side table has built in laundry hamper. Laundry on site Bringing a bed would be convenient but if not capable I'm able to provide a second hand accommodation and bedding. Bathroom kitchen and entrance just outside your door, just cover the basics of picking up after yourself and ill take care of the rest. Dishes utensils cooking pots and bathrooms towels all available to be used just Toss in hamper or wash after. Smokers can be tolerated if the room is being kept sanitary and aired out. 420 friendly. Can consider pets and smaller dogs or senior large dogs under agreement that they are fed, cared for, walked, kept groomed/ clean (Just give it a bath every now and then please) and properly house trained. An unsanitary bedroom with garbage build up and cockroach attractions is not acceptable and will not be tolerated. It doesn't have to look like Mr Roger's house.. just don't sleep in your own filth. This room currently does not come with additional storage or a "common area" that isn't already furnished and quite consistently being used... (I work from home) but there is a fenced dog run and plans for improvement at the new place, such as yard space and extra storage for my work. Your welcome to be anywhere in the apartment, it's just not designed for entertaining lots of company frequently :). Convenient store Bar and restaurant all within 5 Mins or so walk. Deposit required, strictly to prevent inconsiderate midnight move outs... for that reason I'm willing to negotiate. Building charge additional 50$ for a parking spot Wich I agree is completely absurd. -PLEASE RESPOND WITH AT LEAST A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOURSELF AND YOUR SITUATION BEFORE REQUESTING VEIWING :) |
