| Will soon be open to rent, (kinda getting sick of bad roommates.) - You get your own bedroom for 550, the rest is shared space, so please don't take over the rest. -stress free, i never leave my room and only once in a blue moon have someone come over to the door. - i help where i can and usely don't say no, unless i need it for something, so please don't steal. - by monthly, not on lease as advised to me as i don't have family etc. - clean, won't put up with extreamly dirty people. -big on privicy, i ask to stay out room and i never touch others stuff as it's not mine. (old picture) Picture will go up when these roommates get there stuff out and i have a chance to clean (after 2ed) (evicted for theft and loss of my keys, heavy drug use, always fighting between themselfs, not full payments for 6 months and allowing a dog to attack my emotional support animal at 2am in the morning, all around making me feel unsafe in my own home, if you think this will be issues for you, please do not apply) Thank you. |
