| Hello, we are looking for a student or a young professional to share our townhouse with a U of Waterloo engineering student in Beechwood area, Waterloo. The townhouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and comes with two parking spaces. It is situated in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of hiking trails. The major grocery store is only a 5-minute walk. You can easily get around by public transit too; 15 minutes to U of Waterloo/Wilfred Laurier/Conestoga college. The unit also has a small deck to sit out after a long day work/study. Appliances included are fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Each bedroom and living/dining room are furnished with beds, tables, desks etc. and the kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. All utilities and high-speed internet are included in the rent. The initial lease term is four months but negotiable. The student who’s currently living is a 3rd year male student and he will be in Co-op term from May to August.
