Some groundwork: - $750 is all inclusive (water, hydro, internet, parking) - must be good/comfortable with dogs - our ideal roomate is a factory/shift worker that will be on opposite shifts of our current roommates, this makes sharing spaces like bathrooms and the kitchen a lot easier. Currently roommates are on afternoons (I will update this as shifts change). - we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and cares about their living space also being clean and tidy. We expect all roommates to not only clean up after themselves, but to also participate in small house chores to help keep our home clean and inviting for everyone. |
