Looking for a full-time student or working professional (daytime hours) male less then 30 y/o, for a 6-12 months minimum contract. Living space is shared with 3 males including myself the owner. Located near Leslie Finch area, steps to the nearest bus stop. Parking is NOT available. Room Features: Furnished, mini fridge, hardwood/tiled floor, air conditioning during the summer. House Amenities: Shared 1.5 bathrooms and kitchen (for light cooking only, no heavy smells), dining room, backyard with patio and BBQ, laundry washer/dryer. Included in Rent: All utilities (heat, hydro, water), shared high-speed wireless internet. Not including is linens , pillows, personal hygiene product and cleaning product, paper towels etc. Due to previous experiences, I am looking for a tenant that is: -Smoke/drug free of any kind -Single person only, no couples -No sleep over guest(s) or parties -Not renting for business purposes -Must be gay friendly -Light cooking (google that) -Follows all house rules Rent is NOT negotiable.
