No over the phone or internet renting or renting for someone else. I have 1 large room available for September 1st in a 3-bedroom townhome. Bus stop at the corner and brings you to either Finch or Leslie subway. Groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, walk-in clinic and hospital are at walking distance. No parking whatsoever available unfortunately. So please don’t ask. Bedroom features: Fully furnished with double size bed, closet, drawers, wireless high speed Internet, mini fridge, Hardwood floor, window AC for summer time and shared 1.5 bathroom. House amenities access: Laundry facilities, kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and backyard. Everything is included in the rent: All utilities (heat, hydro, water), High Speed Internet and Laundry room.
