I have 2 Large rooms available to choose from for July in a 3-bedroom townhome. 2 people live in this house at the moment including me. Bus stop at the corner and bring you to either Finch or Leslie subway (5min) . Groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, walk-in clinic and hospital at walking distance. No parking available Bedroom features: Furnished, wireless high speed Internet, mini fridge, Hardwood floor, AC summer time shared 1.5 bathroom. House amenities: Laundry facilities, kitchen, dining room, back yard. Everything is included in the rent: All utilities (heat, hydro, water), High Speed Internet and Laundry room. Living room not part of the shared space. The backyard has a BBQ, and a patio. Air conditioned house for those hot summer days. Because of previous experiences my house is: -Smoke free -Drug free -Single person only -Sleep over guest not allowed. -️ LGBT+ friendly -Drama Free , calm house -Light cooking only (no heavy spice or smelly food) Full time student or Full time working professional for 6 months minimum rent.
