I’m a 25 y/o guy who works full time and in office at a tech company. I’m laid back, chill and very considerate of other people in the house. I am looking for a male working professional or student who shares the same values as me. I like to respect other’s spaces, maintain a calm and friendly environment, keep the house (or shared spaces) very clean, quiet and respect each other’s privacy. For any visitors or gatherings, you can feel free to use the social gathering space of the apartment building. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the whole building. I love animals but no pets are allowed in this unit. It is a new build and nearest major intersection is Bathurst & Eglinton. Eglinton West Station is 7-10 min walk and Forest Hill Station (Line 5) is accessible from the building lobby Hall will be furnished by me- TV and stand, Sofa, Centre Table, Curtains, PS5 (potentially).
