| A furnished 1 bed 1 bath condo at The Forest Hill Condominiums (https://www.theforesthill.com), located at 2020 Bathurst St, right on Bathurst & Eglinton. Furnished for 2, so I can also remove any furnishings if requested, but current furnishings include a kitchen table with chairs, 2 desks with chairs, a king sized bed, and bedside drawers. The building is connected directly to the Eglinton LRT (whenever that opens up). Currently, I've found that it's a 5 minute bus to Eglinton West station, with very frequent buses, at 8am on weekdays. There are bus stops right outside the building as well. Rent price does not include hydro or gas, but Bell fibre internet is set up and included (1.5 Gbps). Access to all amenities is included as well. The building has a co-working space, a gym, a dog park and a big shared balcony. I find all the amenities quite nice. The gym is especially decent with a dual cable machine, smith machine, barbells, dumbbells, and adjustable benches. As well as a few Nautilus machines for chest/back/legs.
