This includes a private bathroom, newly renovated private living room and kitchenette when completed, including a full sized fridge. We can also provide a toaster, microwave, toaster oven, and kettle and you will have access to the upstairs stove if needed (upstairs kitchen photo included to show stove). Furnishings available - just let us know what you might need and we will see what we can do!! ** Shared entrance, laundry and use of yard ** Seeking animal lovers without any pets of their own because we are maximum capacity with our friendly pets!! We have a cat, a dog, and most times a foster dog. The maximum number of people is four including the two home owners living on the upper level and the two occupants of the lower level. We are 27 and 29 years old and hoping to find tenants close in age.
