Parking, use of washer and dryer, all utilities and high speed internet included. Bedroom furniture can be provided upon request. There is a small dog who lives in the house. Location is near 400 and Essa Road. Close to grocery shopping, banking and restaurants. One parking spot included. No pets please. We are a quick 7 minute drive from the Barrie waterfront.
