| Must like large dogs!! I have a room in my two Bedroom basement apartment for rent. I have three dogs and a cat, so you must like pets lol. The room is unfurnished, utilities included, laundry and parking. Looking for a mature person that’s quiet and keeps to themselves. I’m a mature woman, I am retired so I’m home most of the time. Live a very quiet life. The room isn’t large enough for more than one person. Prefer to not have visitors because one of my dogs is fearful of strangers. I am located close to many stores and a bus stop. Close to the highway as well. Mapleview and Marcellus area. Please have two references and I am asking for first and last.
