| All inclusive private room and bathroom in a 2 bedroom unit with a lake view! The room will be furnished, the bed can be either a twin or a full depending on preference. Your bathroom is not an ensuite, but you will be the only person using it as I have my own. There is no parking but it is close to bus stops, Georgian College, RVH, and a plaza with groceries etc. I am a pretty easy going person. I like a relaxed tidy environment, although I won't pretend I am perfectly clean at all times! I am an early to bed early to rise person and would prefer to live with someone similar, who wouldn't be having friends in and out at all hours. I am 30 so someone in their mid 20s to mid 30s would probably be the best fit! As much as I am looking to share the cost of rent with someone I am also looking for a person who would be a good fit to live with :) |
