This large cozy room is on the main floor of a bungalow that backs on to a quiet ravine. Shared with senior landlady and one other male tennant who lives in the basement suite with his two children. The rest of the house in not shared except for the kitchen, but you can do basic meals in your room. $950/month with first and last, which includes all utilities and Internet. *No lease but prefer at least three months. *Non-Smokers only and no pets (non-negotiable). *Tenant is welcome to use backyard swimming pool when not in use by others.
