Room for the remainder of this month for rent in exchange for housekeeping and outside work. As of October 1st would start to pay rent. I'm a 49 year old mature clean quiet lady. I can afford $800 a month all inclusive. Don't mind if you have pets. I smoke outdoors only , but if you smoke in your house that's fine.
