| We have TWO separate rooms available in a newly renovated basement in a mature neighbourhood located near the intersection of Grove St. E and St. Vicent St. with easy access to Hwy. 400. PLEASE NOTE that some areas of the basement will be shared with other female and male basement tenants. MEDIUM SIZE ROOM - ONE PERSON ONLY: this medium size room has a single size bed, bed sheets, dresser and a walk in closet. This room will rent for $600 per month, utilities included. Internet wi-fi, laundry and one parking space (if needed it) is also included in the rental. LARGE SIZE ROOM - ONE OR TWO PEOPLE PERMITTED: this large size room can be used by one single person at $700 per month or by two people at $800 per month, roommates and couples are permitted. It can include one double size bed or two single size beds (up to you), two tall dressers with mirrors and one night table is also included. The monthly room rental includes: utilities, internet wi-fi, laundry and one parking space (if needed it). Long term rentals preferred on a month to month lease. The medium size room is available immediately and the large size room will be available as of April 1st. Full kitchen, bathroom and laundry are shared with other basement tenants. For your convenience, kitchen is equipped with some dishes, cups and basic cutlery. Microwave is also available for common use. We will only consider serious renters with verifiable references and income. First and last is a must. Rental application must be filled out.
