Quick, easy access to public transit bus routes #7, #8, #10, #11, #100 and #101. Shared responsibilities for keeping the house clean; mandatory rotating cleaning schedule in effect. If you don't want to clean, please do not respond to this ad. Pets, smoking, use of recreational drugs, overnight guests, and parties are NOT permitted. Driveway parking is currently not available (extra +$20/month) Street parking is currently available. The city of Barrie permits street parking from April 1st until November 30th. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 dressers, a desk, chair, and closet. Kitchen, living/dining room, and bathroom are shared with others. WiFi and most utilities are included. The Water bill is divided up among all housemates. This is a home with mixed ethnicities and genders. Most are currently working full time. Everyone gets along well. Therefore we are looking for an easy going, friendly person to add to our 'family'. Someone who is clean, respectful, and values a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Landlord is on site.
