Located in a safe, peaceful neighbourhood near Georgian College, Restaurants, Stores, Theaters, Gyms, and RVH Hospital. Quick, easy access to public transit bus routes #6, #7, #8, and #100. Shared responsibilities for keeping the house clean; mandatory rotating cleaning schedule in effect. If you don't want to clean, please do not respond to this ad. Pets, smoking, use of recreational drugs, overnight guests, and parties are NOT permitted. Only street parking is currently available. Street parking is allowed from April 1st until November. Driveway parking currently not available (extra +$20/month) The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, 2 dressers, a desk, chair, and closet. Kitchen, living/dining room, and bathroom are shared with others. WiFi and most utilities are included. Water bill is divided up among all housemates. This is a house with mixed ethnicities and genders. Most are currently working full time. Everyone gets along well. Therefore we are looking for an easy going, friendly person to add to our 'family'. Someone who is clean, respectful, and values a peaceful and friendly atmosphere. Landlord is on site. First months rent, a rental deposit (equal to one month's rent), and references are required. Rent price is not negotiable.
