Included in the rent is: - 1 parking space on private driveway, and a garage door opener to enter the house (there are entry doors in the front and back) - Bedroom on the entry level with full ensuite - Private, purpose-built basement with 9-foot kitchen that has an unbelievable amount of cupboard space, soft-closing hardware, sliding drawers, and valence lighting. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, large convection toaster oven that holds a medium pizza or 6 slices of bread, and a large 2 burner hot plate. Note that there is no full-size stove/oven. - Locking door on your bedroom and basement (smart key technology, so the same key is used on both locks) - All utilities (gas, hydro, water, heat, central air) - Fast, unlimited, wifi internet - Tankless water heater so you never run out - Visitor parking that can be used by tenants, and a plaza across the street with tons of parking - Quiet, young, and professional landlords living on the top 2 levels of the 4-level house (with only a shared entrance) Situated at Big Bay Point and Leggott, there are many amenities close by, including: - Barrie South Go Station 30-minute walk, 20-minute bus, 5-minute drive - Convenience store, restaurant, and many businesses across the street in the Bay Point Village plaza - Tim Hortons less than 5-minute walk (Huronia and Big Bay Point) - Zehrs, Wendys, Starbucks, LCBO, Beer Store, Quesada, Pizza Nova, KFC, Osmow’s, and many more a 10-minute walk away (Yonge and Big Bay Point) - Centennial Beach is only a 5-minute drive or 30-minute walk - Georgian College is only a 10-minute drive We’re looking for a clean, quiet, and non-smoking tenant without pets (owner allergies) that’s interested in a great place to live in a great location!
