April 1 occupancy. Large room in large farmhouse near Baden and Wellesley, 10 minutes drive from Waterloo and 15 minutes from Kitchener. Shared occupancy with the farmer and three other occupants. Utilities included. OPTIONAL: There is the possibility of working part-time on the farm in exchange for some or all of the rent. OPTIONAL: Couples are welcome for a small additional utility charge. (Alternately, if one member of a couple is interested in organizing household maintenance that could be arranged in lieu of an extra charge. this would not involve doing all of the cleaning, just organizing the cleaning and household supplies amongst all the occupants).
