All utilities included, with AC, washer/dryer for laundry. No need for dishes, cutlery, or cookware. All are provided. Tenant has full use of house and property. Bus stop located right outside front door. I do NOT require last month’s rent in advance. And NO LEASE is required. I understand a student’s need for flexibility. Property also has a large rear deck with pergola and fire pit. Banks, groceries, fast food, hair salons are within a minute walk. Only 5 minute bus ride to Confederation College, 10 minutes to Lakehead University Unfortunately, I have no additional parking for vehicles. For the safety of all tenants, I only rent to FEMALE students. |
