| Wello I’m a 26 year old non-binary Female looking for a room to rent. Currently on OW but going on disability due to some medical conditions I have going on which can be discussed in messages . I’m looking for a place ideally that’s pet friendly as I Have a 2 year old female cat that’s fixed up to date on shots. loveable / playful and is good with other cats given a little time. I will leave her as she’s my support animal at home. Im a very clean, highly respectful and friendly yet chill. A little about myself and what I do, I’m a Twitch Streamer as well as a networker running over 1k people in a server on my own time. I am mainly kept to myself unless I come around to talk or if who I’m living with wants to talk or hang. I’m a big video game collector as well as nerd to lord of the rings and many other things. I geek out to games n some shows as well. Very big in my streaming on twitch. I am apart of the LGBT with supporting (as I’m a lesbian) but I’m not the type of person to throw it in peoples faces. Just if you have respect for me I have respect for you type of deal. I pay rent on time or a few days early in advance. Have many references to give if needed. Due to my very limited income I’m looking for $500 inclusive room to rent. Reason behind looking for a new place I can also provide in messages or over the phone. I have roughly 45 days to find a new place and been struggling due to no one wants a person on assistance and are only looking for students or full time worker to rent a room |
