I live here with my fiancé, Kaleb who is also planning on going to college for his heavy machinery course. We have four cats that roam the house (super friendly and cuddly!!) and are looking for another roommate who’s cool with cats and enjoys a calm environment. Located in beautiful Calvin Park beside large green spaces. Close to schools and located between Queen’s and St. Lawrence College. On transit routes. Neighborhood is great for walking and parks and 10 minute walk from waterfront, 20 minute walk to St. Lawrence College and a 15 minute walk to Kingston Centre. 1,200$ for both rooms plus utilities (which are divided with other roommates) and includes wi-fi. there’s a shared living room with a TV all set up for use and a shared kitchen with separate pantries! The master bedroom with be furnished with a dresser and a single bed. We’re in the middle of a beautiful neighbourhood. Amenities include dishwasher, and shared laundry. Forced air gas furnace and parking for one other vehicle. Large yard and lovely gardens with a covered porch and patio out back.
