| I am seeking a 3 bedroom with a finished basement or 4 bedroom for myself and 3 older children/young adult. I have been with the same landlord for 8 years and am happy to provide his reference. We are looking to be within busing distance of St. Patrick’s high school. Alta vista, McCarthy, uplands, Albion, etc. I am no longer in a contract but would still need to provide two months notice, so I am looking for March 15th at the earliest. We are clean, quiet, non smoking and respectful tenants. I would like to something in the $2300 a month max range, unless some utilities are included.
