Introducing ASPIRE SPACES, a large collaborative bungalow-living concept and property located in the serene countryside on the edge of Alfred, ON sitting on 1.2 acres of wide open yet private land, with rooms available now for short or long term rentals for those looking to downsize, those who are lonely and want to live with others, those waiting for other space, in the middle of separation/divorce or for those looking for quiet country living! Individual bedrooms are unfurnished, however shared spaces are furnished. Rooms can be furnished upon request and for additional fee. The property has 5 bedrooms of various sizes, 2 spacious full bathrooms (shower in one, tub and twin spacious sinks in the other), a well-equipped spacious eat in kitchen (full utensil, dishware and supplies included), 2 spacious living rooms (one on each level) with a spacious back deck accessed from the main level living room looking out onto beautiful wide-open picturesque farm land. Meals can be prepared individually in the fully furnished kitchen or for additional fee, coordinated for delivery in from a wonderful nearby restaurant. Residents would shop for their own supplies and cook on-site or pay for their order in meals. Ordered in meals would be coordinated by our team on-site with the local restaurant. Laundry is on site (supplies included), located in spacious bathroom located on the main level of the home. A weekly cleaning service would attend to the kitchen, bathrooms and vacuum the various shared spaces and individual bedrooms.
