It is well maintained, clean and cozy with 2 bedrooms, open concept kitchen and living room. 2 driveways with two parking spots. Two large decks in the front and at the back with a gazebo to enjoy on those sunny days. Fire pit also there to enjoy. There is a free boat launch and town beach located minutes away see photos. We are looking for long term tenant preferably a small family as our place is small but cozy. We are pet friendly with limitations. There is AC and heat pump for heat source. We do have a holding tank which you will be responsible for. Summer fees are $225 and winter fees are $450 Tenant will also be responsible for hydro. First & Last required The house isn’t furnished like in the pictures and there are no patio furniture, hot tub, bbq on the decks. Completely vacant for you to move in your things.
