Located near at University and Albert, this apartment is a 1 minute walk to Laurier and a 10 minute walk to the University of Waterloo. - Fully furnished apartment (desks, beds, couches, tables, chairs etc.) - Has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, lots of cabinet space) - Located on a high-up floor with floor to ceiling windows with great lighting! - Parking is available at your own expense with the “honk” app - Right near a bus stop on routes 12, 19, 29 - Short walk to the campus plaza with tons of food options (chungchun, campus pizza, burger king, william’s etc.) - There is a laundry room in the building with washers and dryers - The building also has an amenity space, and a very nice rooftop patio with indoor and outdoor seating |
