Student preferred or single male. No hot plates, burners or cooktops in room. Bedroom located on second floor of townhome-3 bedroom house. Very quiet home. If needed, parking is available for an additional $60 per month. There is a washer/dryer on-site (free to use, no coins needed). Home has central air. No smoking in house. Smoking is permitted outdoors. No pets. No visitors (family members excepted), no overnight guests. Must be able to speak English to communicate. Email replies preferred. Thank you. For everyone's comfort, there are 2 primary rules: 1. No overnight guests in the room (friends, relatives, girl/boyfriend). 2. Dishes done at the end of the night.
