There are 3 bathrooms of which 2 are shared. There is access to exercise bike, nautilus, weight bench and free weights in basement. An off street parking spot is available (means you can park in the driveway). Everything is included in the rent which is heat, hydro, air conditioning and unlimited high speed internet (50 MBPS down, 10 MBPS up).
