The landlord is great and is willing to sign a new lease for new tenants - and have agreed to keep the price below market value. Many modern updates, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, fridge and stove. Large kitchen, living room and dining room, with half bath on main floor. Large master bedroom, along with one medium and one smaller bedroom and full bath upstairs. Partially finished basement with laundry hookups, currently has an older washer included). Basement includes lots of storage space and an unused bathroom, along with finished area suitable for rec room, exercise, or even an extra bedroom. Nice yard, currently has a raised vegetable garden, raspberries, rose bush and nice shade tree. The back part of the side yard is shared with the neighbours who are a quiet older couple who love to garden but otherwise don't use the space. The back wall of the house is attached to three townhouse type units on the same lot. Large driveway can fit up to three vehicles. Grass is mowed several times a year by the landlord. Dog and cat friendly landlord, who is very responsive to any emergencies and easy to deal with. Utilities are not included, oil heat and hot water, water and power are extra.
