| Newly renovated one bedroom available for a one year lease, starting September 2025, or the potential for sooner if requested. Rent is $2560 overall, split into thirds of $883ish, with wifi and power not included (but also split in thirds). Other room is occupied by a couple who have lived with several other couples and individuals, no issues so far! Includes in-unit washer and dryer, heat pump HVAC unit, garbage, leaf and snow removal, a locked mailbox and a sizeable shared backyard. The place is mostly furnished, as pictured, but the room will be non-furnished and we still have plenty of space for belongings in shared areas and the three common closets. There is one parking space, which is shared, and plenty of street parking nearby. Aiming for someone student-aged, as we are both university students, but not set in stone! Located about 6 minute drive to Dalhousie and have a bus stop to it right outside. UPDATE: we are scheduling viewings for the last week of June and first week of July. If you are a couple, it will be splitting the bills and $2650 total in half instead of thirds. We have had a few couples interested and want to be as fair as possible overall. Thank you for reading! |
