| REPOST*** ! Urgently looking for a respectful person, IDEALLY FEMALE, to rent my room from may 1st- august 31st, while I’m home. Comes with MOST seen in the photos which include: 50 INCH TV, Led lights (NO REMOTE, but you can get a cheap one off Amazon), Desk, salt lamp, bed, dresser, and all the decor! I would really like someone trust worthy as this room is sacred and has a lot of my things that I’m willing to share . Photos of the living room included! House is pretty well decorated. Within walking distance to dal and Smu! About like 10 mins to dal, and down the street from smu. Super close to Sobeys for groceries. 15 minute walk to spring garden for convenience. Feel free to message me to come see the place, I’d love to meet whoever is interested. Utilities: Rent is 673.75 in total, Heat and water included! Wifi is not but it’s an extra 16$ a month! Hydro is also not included but not too expensive. Normally an extra 70$ in total every two months, which is divided by 4 people!! This is VERY cheap considering Halifax, and the size of my room!! |
