Hey folks. We are looking for a roommate to join us in September. The unit is a 5 beds and 2 baths. It’s pretty close to Dal (10 minutes) SMU (3 minutes) and downtown (20 minutes). Also close to the QE2 hospital and the IWK The rent is 850 without utilities (from my experience it has usually been around 100-150 at most). The house is unfurnished and is the biggest room in the house. Laundry is in house in the basement( not coin operated). Please message me for a viewing.
