This is a fixed lease, not month to month. 5-10 min walk to dal, smu is down the street!! 10 min walk to the grocery store or downtown. Move in June 1st - August 31st. The Room is FULLY cleaned for your convenience and comes with whatever is in the photos, all the decor, salt lamp, desk, cleaned out dresser, TWO CLOSETS, 50 INCH TV! + personal chromecast to stream any movies/shows/youtube videos on :) Utilities: •WATER/HEAT INCLUDED •hydro is not, but it’s only an extra 70-120 EVERY TWO MONTHS. (Due next in July!!) and that is divided by 4 people. •Wifi not included but an additional 16$ a month.
