Currently, there’s just one other person living here, and we're hoping to find someone who’s outgoing and friendly to join the other room. The apartment includes heat, water, and access to a washer and dryer. Street parking is available, and there’s room in the driveway during winter bans. We also have an extra room that is used for storage and as a study space. Utilities like electricity (average $165 every 2 months) and Wi-Fi ($65 per month) bills will be split amongst the other roommate.
