| Looking for a new roommate in a cozy 3 bedroom apartment. $450/month utilities included. Not furnished, no parking, but pet friendly if Klaus the 1 y/o cat approves. Currently roommates are 1 female and 1 male ages 23 and 28. This is an old Victorian home with lots of character. The house is a bit dated but we do our best to keep it tidy and comfortable. Hardwood floors, 12’ ceilings, in building laundry, bay windows, lots of natural light. Month to month agreement but we want you to stay for awhile ! We’re a very chill house, no parties/ late nights, but occasional dinners together/ 1-2 infrequent guests. 420 friendly / occasional drink ok, just be a respectful human being :) Looking for October 1st.
