| 1 room out of 2 bed and 1 bath apt available to rent starting 1st Sept. The rent is $1560.60 which will be split in two. It includes heat and hot water. This doesn’t include electricity and internet. The apartment is furnished however the bedroom won’t be. It has plenty storage and also a small balcony. Laundry room is located in the basement and is coin operated (only takes $1). Additionally, I have two cats who are shy and skittish and I’m a full time working professional from home. Due to my requirements and my cats’, I’m looking for mature full time student/ working professional, preferably female who’s mostly quiet. This is not a party house. I do have friends over occasionally but it’s nothing too grand. People are welcome to come as long as my cats are not terrorised by the noise and I’m not disturbed while I work during the day or sometimes evenings or weekends. I will get along with someone who can clean up their mess after themselves right away or shortly after ( I’ve had way too many issues with cleanliness in the past so this is my priority). I will respect your personal space and would want the same to be reciprocated. Besides, I love playing video games, doing fun weird things, working out and going out! This place is also alcohol and weed friendly. However, if you do want to smoke weed there are designated places outside the house where you can do it. And property management is excellent.
