One big private room available for rent from July 1 with shared kitchen and bathroom in bible hill. The rent includes all utilities and wifi. One parking space is also included. We are looking for clean, responsible, and quite couple to rent the room. Strictly no smoking, and late night gathering or parties. Sorry no pets due to some allergies. Quiet neighbourhood and lot of green space. Laundry available in unit with limited access over weekends.
