| I have a bedroom coming available in my home in early November for one full-time working individual only. This is a boarder month to month short term situation. Looking for an honest, respectful and clean person. I will be doing interviews for the space. Please provide proof of employment and a couple references. No illicit drug use or excessive daily drinking are permitted for obvious safety reasons. I work from home full-time Mon-Fri, therefore the new boarder must work outside the home Mon-Fri in order for this to work well. Must have own bed (double or twin size fits up the stairs), bedroom has a walk-in closet, so lots of storage. Utilities and wifi are included of course, there is parking if needed. |
