This is the biggest bedroom I have available. It has a comfortable double bed, heat, lights, WiFi and laundry machines are included.
We have three very nice tenants living there and are looking for a very nice fourth tenant. (This is single occupancy only. If you are looking for a place for yourself and someone else, I would ask you not to contact me because you will be wasting your time and mine.)
The neighborhood is quiet, with lovely folks all around. We are a brisk 5 minute walk from the bus depot on Dorchester St. We are close to everything in downtown Sydney.
