We are close to all amenities within walking distance, there is no parking space, buses, are close. the rent is 775.00, plus one time cleaning fee of 100.00, plus 200.00 damage which yo receive back providing no damage. Wifi, water, heat, power all included. There are three rooms upstairs where the girls reside, with full bathroom to share. Owners reside downstairs, we have three kitties so if you are allergic to cats do not apply, there is a door shut in hallway where cats stay, and do not bother anyone. You have kitchen and laundry privileges, we all share! Looking for a respectful quiet girl to fit into the family! No smoking, no drinking, no drugs, no partying.
