| Shared living in well maintained home, this room has a fridge and microwave for your convenience desk and comfy chair to relax in. you have access to kitchen and laundry. There is three rooms in total upstairs for girls only with shared bathroom. Owners reside downstairs, there is a door that separates the floors as we have cat, if you do not like cat or are allergic please do not apply. We are close to all amenities within walking distance, buses, shopping, we are locate at 658 George st Sydney close to nscc, and Wentworth park. Rent includes heat, power, water, Wi-Fi. Food is not included, but the kitchen is well equipped. No heavy drinkers, no drugs, no smoking, no party, we are looking for a clean, quiet and respectful girl.
