| Looking for someone to take over my lease, move in date is the 2nd of February, it is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment with a good size balcony. Rent is $2,400 a month that includes heat and hot water, youll just pay electricity , you’ll be giving me damage deposit and mine will say with the landlord. As it is so last minute , the damage deposit is $800 instead of $1,200. The unit has a washer and dryer, fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Our lease is up in August, you will have the option to renew at that time. This is a 2 bedroom, but we use the second bedroom as a living room, to give us more kitchen space. Please excuse the mess, we’re in the middle of packing, reason for moving is my mother has taken sick and unfortunately I am to far away from her here, so me and my husband are moving in to her house to look after her. Which is why we’re in such a rush to pack and move. The unit is pet friendly, no size or breed restriction, close to no frills, Sobeys, and just off of a bus route.
