Description
Hello, thank you for your interest. To be considered and for us to get along with each other as roommates, you would need to be: -Professional -Respectful -Mature -Follow a daily schedule or routine (In other words not just some lazy a** person) -Willing to commit to a 1 Year Agreement -Ok with a Cat I am a male professional in my late 20’s , I live and work in Downtown Halifax. My apartment is located within a few steps from Point Pleasant Park and within a Few Minutes from Halifax Waterfront. I have been living in my apartment since 2016 and do not intend to leave or move anytime in the near future. I am a very active, disciplined individual. I spend most of the day at work and on my free time i spend alot of time outdoor. What i am offering is the ROOM in the 1 Bedroom Apartment to the right individual (Females Preferred). I have organized my living room in a way to make it more of a Bachelor. So we would be sharing the Kitchen, Washroom and the Living Room (My Room). You get the Bedroom which would have a door for your privacy. The apartment is equipped with a Security Cam Recorder by the door (Never Had An Issue). Internet, Power, Heat, Water ALL INCLUDED. You would need to pay extra for parking. The room is not furnished but other than that, everything you would need in an apartment is available and you would have access to it. Thank you for taking the time, if interested please reply back telling me alittle bit about your self and we will pick up the conversation from there. Please dont waste my time and yours. This would really work out if you are a Professional with commitments, Very Clean and Tidy (Not a freak) and Active (more of outdoors instead of indoors).
