Location is very good. The price includes everything.Furnitures in the pictures are provided but will need to bring your own beddings. Latest move out date is September 30th. We have 2 cats in the house, one would be kept mainly in the room the other would be roaming around more. Looking for a clean, quiet respectful individual, we have some basic house rules and they are expected to be followed.
