| Hey all, I'm posting my room for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in south end for a move in of May 1st. The apartment had an open living room and cozy vibe with a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom can come semi-furnished with a bookshelf, dresser, and/or desk for a small cost, everything else is pretty much as seen in the pictures. Utilities are extra making monthly costs round out to about $1000/m. There is paid on site parking as well as street parking after a certain time, and pets usually allowed. My roommate is a very chill, respectful and clean guy and is looking for someone similar to share this space with. No couples unfortunately, sorry.
