It has a lovely Bedford basin view and a large deck for BBQing and outdoor summer evenings One large bedroom are available for rent. The rent $1000 is per bedroom. The move-in date is July 15th. The new tenants will share most of the living space with a young male professional, a female Dal student and an occasional visit from me, the mother... oh and cat, Bella. I am a working professional and my daughter is a committed full time student, so we are seeking a young working professional or student female . Must be ok with cats. All utilities are included (Internet, heating, etc.). The rooms come fully furnished. Parking is available around the building. However, occasional use of dedicated parking spot if available.
